My Work
A selection of projects I've led and contributed to throughout my career

DXC Salesforce Practice
Led the establishment of DXC's Salesforce practice, implementing enterprise solutions for global clients across multiple industries.

The Oilfield Marketplace
Houston, TX
As Chief Technology Officer at SLB Oilfield Marketplace (OFMP), I led the engineering team that built a distinctive cross-industry eCommerce solution for the oilfield sector. We created an innovative digital marketplace that revolutionized how oil and gas companies procured essential parts, moving away from traditional processes towards a streamlined online experience.

Chaotic Moon Studios
Austin, TX
As Chief Technology Officer at Chaotic Moon Studios, I led a team of top engineers building high-profile mobile applications and emerging technology solutions for Fortune 500 clients. Our innovative work spanned industries including retail, entertainment, automotive, and healthcare, delivering cutting-edge products that pushed the boundaries of what was possible with mobile and IoT technologies.

Tivoli Systems
Austin, TX
Joined Tivoli Systems during its early growth phase, contributing to the development of enterprise systems management software that revolutionized how businesses monitored and maintained their IT infrastructure. Helped position the company as a leader in the systems management space, which ultimately led to IBM's acquisition of Tivoli for $743 million in 1996, one of the significant tech acquisitions of that era.

Landmark Graphics Corporation
Houston, TX
Landmark Graphics pioneered 3D visualization software for the oil and gas industry, revolutionizing how geoscientists interpreted seismic data. As head of the Geophysical Engineering team, I led the development of groundbreaking products including Seisworks and Zap. These interactive interpretation systems transformed the industry by dramatically reducing interpretation time from approximately six months to just a single day – a paradigm shift that allowed geophysicists to perform multiple iterations and conduct far more detailed analysis than previously possible. The technology we developed democratized access to sophisticated interpretation capabilities, enabling geoscientists to interact directly with their data. Most importantly, our software dramatically improved well drilling success rates to almost 99%, significantly reducing exploration costs and environmental impact while maximizing resource discovery. During my tenure, Landmark established itself as the dominant player in E&P software, growing from an innovative startup to an industry leader. This growth culminated in a highly successful IPO, with the company ultimately being acquired by Halliburton in 1996 for approximately $550 million – validating the transformative impact our technology had on oil and gas exploration workflows worldwide.
